Tasting notes from the producer

Marsanne hails from the Rhode Valley in France, the home of Shiraz (Syrah) so it is fitting that both varieties find themselves together in our vineyard. More restrained in terms of aroma and flavour than its other famous Rhone partners, Roussanne and Viognier. Textural and round, and due to the cool Heathcote nights, beautifully balanced with crisp natural acidity.
