A hedonist’s red of booze-soaked forest berries, plum, hazelnut whiffs and choc-mint elements. The palate doused in similar flavours, rippling along at fuller weight with a building tug of fine, silty tannins. Potent, yet balanced and long, with a fresh-ish finish. Works well.
