Fermented in 600-liter French oak demi muids and subsequently matured for eight months on full lees. Displaying a strikingly pale straw hue, reminiscent of water, with a subtle greenish tint along the edges. Prominent aromas of tropical fruit, lime, and green apple intertwine with hints of fresh herbs. The palate is enriched with vibrant passionfruit and zesty green apple flavors, underscored by nuances of herbs and mineral notes reminiscent of slate. Concluding with a dry, brisk finish and a lingering, textured aftertaste.
