A new addition to the Pannell portfolio, it is a concentrated and intense single vineyard Shiraz, named after the original vineyard owners.

The block on Olivers Road runs from East to West which helps obtain fruit ripeness at lower Baume/ alcohol levels, and the ironstone soils give a structure to the wine.

It's an unadulterated McLaren Vale red with minimum additions and only two months in oak puncheons. The flavours are sweet and savoury, full of dark earth, spice, mulberry fruit and ironstone, graphite mouthfeel. There's a good whack of acidity too.
