We are pleased to introduce you our experiments : unusual Calvados, finished (aged several months) in casks used before for other alcohols. The first bottles have been released at the beginning of year 2017.This cuvee is a 9 year old Calvados Pays d'Auge, 46% vol., with more than one year of Jurançon (sweet white wine) cask finish.
