Plantation O.F.T.D. Overproof Rum is a robust and flavourful spirit crafted by blending rums from Guyana, Jamaica, and Barbados. 

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense aromas of molasses, dark brown sugar, ripe banana, dried tropical fruits, with hints of coffee, vanilla, and oak.

• Palate: Full-bodied with flavours of dark chocolate, burnt caramel, overripe banana, raisins, and prunes. Spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper add complexity. The high alcohol content provides a noticeable warmth. 

• Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of dark chocolate, clove, caramel, and a slight medicinal quality at the end.
