Pisco Santiago Quebranta
Pisco Santiago Quebranta (Santiago Queirolo Quebranta) is a traditional Peruvian pisco made from 100% Quebranta grapes grown in the Ica and Cañete valleys and typically bottled at about 42% ABV. It is crystal clear with silver highlights and a medium-bodied, smooth palate.
On the nose, it shows pronounced dried-fruit and nut tones, especially raisins and almonds, sometimes with a bready or fruit‑bread note from the fermentation character. The palate is clean, warm and well‑structured, combining gentle grape and plum fruit with those raisin/almond flavours for a pleasantly persistent, characterful finish.
