This Pinot Noir from Mornington originates from a 20-year-old vineyard featuring predominantly clone 115, alongside some MV6 and 114. These vines thrive on a southeast-facing slope, situated on rich red loam layered over coarse gravel. It comes as no surprise that this Pinot Noir is remarkably powerful and intricate, with the forest floor providing a foundation for the takeover of spicy, savory dark fruits, and the distinctive influence of briary whole bunch characters.
