Mike and Judy fell in love with the Roses of Provence and wanted to make a similar one from their single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills. This is not a sweet pink drink, but a serious wine made from Pinot Noir, resulting in a wine of intense flavour and a long dry finish. The wine has the wonderful “eye of the partridge colour” of true Rosé. Fresh complex fruit which shows a lingering and well-balanced mouthfeel, but is well balanced with a dry finish. The wine shows great body and structure. It is seamlessly balanced in boy and structure. Cherry and strawberry fruit with a savoury, crisp dry finish on the palate.
