Victoria pineapple is harvested at the beginning of winter.

After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills.

Our pineapple spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.

Colour: transparent, clear.

Nose: frank and enchanting, with notes of roasted pineapple.

Palate: fruity, with flavours of pineapple sorbet and caramelised pineapple.

Finish: delicate and persistent.
