Green lemons are harvested in winter.

After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills.

Our lime spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Consume it as a digestive at 13°C in a tulip glass.

Colour: transparent, clear.

Nose: fruity and intense, with aromas of fresh citrus and lime zest.

Palate: fresh and invigorating, with notes of lime sorbet and fresh lime juice.

Finish: long and persistent.
