Wild blackberries are harvested in late summer.

After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills.

Our wild blackberry eau de vie is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.

Colour: transparent, clear.

Nose: intense, with aromas of black fruits and berries.

Palate: round, with notes of freshly picked blackberries and nuances of black olives.

Finish: fruity and long.
