7 apple varieties from Alsace are picked in the fall/winter, and after a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our Apple eau de vie is aged for a minimum of 5 years in stainless steel tanks before bottling. 

Tasting notes
Colour: crystal clear.
Nose: rustic, with aromas of cider and cooked apple.
Palate: gourmet, with pastry notes of apple pie.
Finish: soft and lingering.

Suggestion: Enjoy it as a digestif at around 13°c in a tulip glass. It will also pair well with a dessert or in a cocktail.
