Il Palagio's Vermentino from Sting's Tuscan estate delivers elegant, food-friendly freshness. Made from coastal grapes, it's vibrant yet refined — perfect chilled with seafood, salads or as an aperitif. Expect 12-13% ABV and a pale straw colour.

Aroma: White peach, citrus zest, green apple and subtle white flowers with a hint of almond and fresh herbs.
Palate: Crisp acidity with juicy stone fruit, grapefruit and a touch of salinity; light-to-medium body with a clean, dry texture.
