Shiraz sourced from Light Pass in the Barossa Valley and made by Corey Ryan. Matured for nine months in used large-format French and American oak barrels. Deep crimson in the glass with plenty of crunchy plum and summer berry fruits, cut with hints of spice, earth, licorice, dark chocolate and violets. Bright and swift of line with the tug of gentle tannins and a bright plummy exit.
