From the centre of the Adelaide Hills, it’s interesting to see Fiano from here, a white grape known more for warm climates due to its ability to retain its acid structure.

Picked early, and fermented on solids, there is a great mix of crispy zippy acidity and full-solids complexity in this wine. Lots of citrus character across the nose, and on the clean mouth-freshening palate.
