Pale straw yellow. Fine, persistent perlage. Intensely fruity aroma with hints of ripe golden apple and acacia flowers. Fresh, slightly sweetish and soft to the palate, flavoursome on the back of the tongue. Agreeably fruity and harmonious finish.
