Our distiller named 'Doogie' spent 25 years as a baker before transitioning to become a distiller. Drawing on his family's cherished Christmas pudding recipe and his distilling knowledge, he has crafted an enticing limited edition festive gin. This delightful creation showcases delightful notes of cinnamon, cloves, and mixed spice, complemented by bursts of dried fruit. The gin offers a long, sweet, smooth, and harmonious taste profile.
