This vibrant, fruit-forward Chenin Blanc originates from our Kalleske farm's mature vines, representing one of the last remaining Chenin Blanc vineyards in the Barossa. Harvested during the cool night, the grapes undergo gentle pressing for fermentation, resulting in a naturally varietal yet intricately layered wine. Named after Caroline ‘Florentine’ Kalleske, the first daughter of Johann Georg Kalleske, who immigrated to Australia from Prussia in 1838, Florentine is an authentic, handcrafted wine cultivated, vinified, and matured on our Kalleske estate in Greenock, located in the Northwestern Barossa.
