Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Chardonnay is crafted in aged Scotch whiskey barrels. Expertly crafted and first matured for up to 16 months in our traditional oak wine barrels.

To craft this rich, complex Chardonnay, we started with selected parcels of premium grapes which are first fermented in whisky barrels and finished in oak barrels. The balance of the wine is fermented in oak barrels and crafted in whisky, then blended delivering a creamy character on the palate delivering a richer, deeper, smoother taste.
