A blend of 100% copper pot-distilled malt whiskeys, aged a minimum of two years, and produced high in the Wasatch mountains of Utah, Unfiltered and distilled on the grain for a robust, western character.
Nose:Â Fig jam on toast points, whole grain waffles with honey drizzle, cracked walnut shells, dried wildflowers, cedar.
Palate: Honeyed cereal, crème caramel custard, almond macaroons, toasted biscuits with herbal jelly, subtle banana taffy.
ABV: 44%
