This unusual variety - Austria's favourite red wine - has a perfumed nose with an explosion of crushed raspberries, cherries and gentle spice, whilst the palate is vibrant with fresh, juicy red fruits, crushed gentle spices and excellent tannin structure.

Perfectly matched to pork, chicken, all salads and tomato-based dishes. But mostly lamb's new best friend!
