The nose is brimming with apple blossom and poached pear and the palate is crisp and vibrant with a distillation of apple skin, sliced pear and a hint of muskmelon. The wine has a long and juicy tail. Enjoy with all white meats, pastas, all things vegetarian and your favourite seafood dishes. This Pinot Grigio will age well for 5 - 7 years.
