Gonzalez Byass Solera 1847 Cream Sherry, Spain – Established by Manuel Maria Gonzalez in 1835, Gonzalez Byass has consistently upheld a tradition of crafting exceptional Sherry wines and spirits.

This sweet Oloroso Sherry is crafted from a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes, aged for approximately 8 or 9 years in American Oak barrels, resulting in a smooth, fruity, and indulgent wine.

With its intense mahogany hue, the wine entices with aromas of raisins, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it offers a velvety texture, featuring sweet nuances of figs, raisins, caramel, and wood.
