Distilled in 1985 and matured in a refill sherry hogshead, this single cask Glenfarclas was released as part of the Family Cask series in 2007. It offers an elegant, fruity character, with notes of cooked apples and pears, a hint of warm pastry, and subtle spices alongside oak. The palate is rich and thick, featuring honey, jam, and nuts, rounded off with a pinch of pepper.
