Corryton Burge Kith Shiraz

Tasting notes
Deep red with youthful purple hues, this Barossa Shiraz exudes layers of vanilla and a hint of mulberry dark chocolate. Ripe fruit, beautiful balance of fine tannins and mid-weight structure for impressive length persistence. A vibrant, now or cellar for 5-8 years. Perfect alongside robust-stuffed roast eggplant.

Region
Sourced from both our own and grower vineyards across southern and central Barossa which allows us to deliver consistency and style.

Vintage summary
The 2024 Barossa growing season was marked by ideal ripening conditions. Winter rains replenished soils, while a mild spring encouraged balanced canopy growth and even fruit set. Summer remained measured under occasional clear skies, allowing measured progressive development and flavour. The result: excellent lifted aromatics, and beautifully balanced vibrant wine with poise and purity.

Winemaking – maturation
Fermented in static fermenters, the wine was matured varietal for 14 months in a combination of American and French oak hogsheads (300L). This balanced oak integration enhances the wine's supple texture and aromatic depth.

Cellaring
Drink now – 5 years.
