Chilled before whole bunch-pressing, 50% mlf, matured for 12 months in French barriques (50% new, 50% second use). Gleaming yellow-green hue; grapefruit, apple and white peach drive the very expressive and complex palate. A rare chance to see a 9yo chardonnay.
