A terrific blended rum from highly regarded Haitian rum producers, Clairin.

This ‘Communal’ bottling combines spirit from the four terroirs flavoured by Clairin: Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St. Michel de l’Attalaye. The rum is produced from heritage sugar cane strains, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in traditional pot stills.

Clairin Communal serves up notes of chopped green herbs, light flowers, grassy cane, lime rind, tropical fruits (papayas, bananas), citrus rind, a little earthy spice, sea spray, and icing sugar.
