Malt: We used a lot of oats and rolled wheat in this beer, adding a fullness to the body and building up haze – Pale, Rolled Oats, Rolled Wheat.
Hops: Double dry-hopped during and after fermentation adds big juicy flavours to this beer – Citra, Rakau, Pacifica, Mosaic.
